Find out what's actually costing you leads.
A plain-English review of your current website — no jargon, no upsell pressure — for small businesses across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and the surrounding communities.
The Low-Barrier Way to Start
You keep the list either way.
Most small business owners know their site "isn't great" but don't know specifically why, or what to fix first. The audit answers that directly — a written, plain-English breakdown of what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it, whether or not you ever hire me for the fix.
What gets reviewed
Mobile experience, page speed, how clear it is what you do and how to contact you, whether the basics of on-page SEO and your Google Business Profile are set up, and how the site compares to others in your trade locally.
What you get back
A written, prioritized list of specific issues and fixes — in plain English, not a jargon-heavy technical report. You can hand it to anyone to action, not just me.
Common Questions
What people usually ask first.
Am I obligated to hire you afterward?
No. The list is yours regardless of what you decide next. Some people take it to their existing developer, some do a few fixes themselves, some come back for a full redesign.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Then an audit isn't the right starting point — go straight to Web Design instead, since there's nothing yet to review.
How long does it take?
The review itself happens off to the side; you'll get the written list back within a few business days, then a short conversation to walk through it if useful.
